Michelle Vaira
Senior Creative Director

Michelle Vaira is the Senior Creative Director of MacDougall’s creative and digital practice. Michelle originally joined the team as a consultant in 2010 and has since transitioned to the Creative Director role, overseeing all day-to-day creative activities. As an expert in crafting client solutions, she uses her passion for the design process to understand, interpret and communicate visual concepts via dynamic websites, compelling print materials, engaging interactives and robust branding strategies. Her past experience includes a full-range of creative support services for Ogilvy Cambridge, BlackBaud and MVDesigns. Michelle graduated from The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University with a BFA in Graphic Design and continued on to pursue her MA in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on the impact of design on learning environments. Michelle is currently focused on a master’s degree in Social Media Marketing.
